Error Code Issue Description/Solution

Invalid keycode, please check and try again.

Enter the correct keycode. Check for any spaces or incorrect capitalisation.
3 The scheduled exam window for this exam has expired. Please contact your invigilator for further assistance. The test session window has expired and will need rescheduling.
182 This exam has already been completed. The test has been finished and cannot be re-opened. Reschedule the test session.
185 This exam is currently in use. Please wait 1 minute and try again. Attempt to access the test after waiting.
997 Connection to the server could not be established. Please check your internet connection and try again. Trying to upload but an internet connection is missing. Check and rectify your tablet’s WiFi connection.
998 Connection to the server could not be established. Please check your internet connection and try again. Trying to download but an internet connection is missing. Check and rectify your tablet’s WiFi connection.
1002 Could not open database.
