System Requirements
This article details the minimum system requirements for Surpass, SecureMarker, all the available test delivery methods, and the Surpass Viewer application.
NOTE: This article does not refer to storage limits for best performance, file size restrictions, or minimum/maximum entry requirements. For this information, read Limits.

Secure Delivery (SecureClient)
IMPORTANT: SecureClient for Windows will not start if Microsoft Office apps are already open on the device. Microsoft Office apps (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) must be closed before opening SecureClient.

NOTE: Larger screens may need their display settings reducing to 1920 x 1080 pixels to improve usability. If resolution issues persist, enable the Disable display scaling on high DPI settings setting in the EXE file's properties.
