Logging in to Surpass
In order to access Surpass, you must login with a valid user account.
This article explains how to login to Surpass and includes details on how to reset your password.

1. Navigate to your Surpass instance
In your web browser, enter the URL of your Surpass instance.
2. Enter your user name
Enter your user name into the User Name field.
3. Enter your password
Enter your password into the Password field.
Resetting your password
If you have forgotten your password, you might need to reset it. Expand the following section to learn how to reset your password.
To reset your password, select Can’t access your account?
Enter your user name or email address in the Can’t access your account? dialog.
Select Change Password to send a password reset link to the email address associated with your user account.
Open the email and select the link.
Enter your new password in both Enter new password and Confirm new password fields. Both passwords must be identical.
Passwords must contain the following items:
- A minimum of 8 characters
- One upper-case character
- One lower-case character
- One number
- One special character (-!$%^*()#~_+|=`'{}/?,.)
Enter the answer to your security question in the Security Answer field.
Select Change Password to change your password.
4. Select Login
Select Login to login to Surpass.
