New

  • You can now postpone an update to SecureClient for iPad/Mac for up to five days, giving users more flexibility around updating their application (45332).
  • Support for the new Secure Browser Mode, which for iPad/Mac uses the SecureClient for iPad/Mac applications to enable candidates to quickly launch tests in a secure kiosk mode that prevents them from accessing other programs or files for the duration of the test, without the need for manual keycode entry. Note this feature is not available until the release of Surpass Platform 24.3 (43169).

Improved

  • The Surpass Platform 24.2 test driver is now supported.
  • Invigilators can now pause and manually unlock tests. Tests no longer just display as Ready until they are Finished in the Invigilate screen, but now display In Progress status. Candidates can now switch devices during a test session without losing their progress (43825).
