The Surpass Publisher item grid is where you can view, sort, and select items retrieved from an item list in Surpass to publish.

About the Surpass Publisher item grid
The Surpass Publisher item grid lists all items in the retrieved item list. If your item list contains more than 50 items, scroll down to load them.

| Selection |
Determines whether the item is selected for publishing. |
| Id | Displays the item’s unique identifier. |
| Name | Displays the name of the item. |
| Type | Displays the item’s type. |
| Scored |
Determines whether the item is scored or non-scored. |
| Subject Name |
Displays the name of the subject. |
Selecting items for publishing
The first column of the Surpass Publisher item grid determines whether the item on the corresponding row is selected for publishing.

Setting items as scored/non-scored
The fifth column of the Surpass Publisher item grid determines whether the item on the corresponding row is a scored or non-scored item.
Sorting columns
Cell data can be sorted alphabetically or numerically in ascending () or descending () order. Select the column header to toggle between ascending and descending order.
You can only sort by one column at a time.
Rearranging columns
Column headers can be dragged to rearrange columns in the table.
Refreshing your search results
If changes have been made to your item list in the Surpass Platform since you retrieved it in the Surpass Publisher, you will need to refresh the page for these changes to be reflected in the Surpass Publisher.
To refresh the item grid, select the Refresh button.
