When creating a test form, you can group items together so they appear on one page when delivered to candidates. You can create groups manually or set up automatic grouping of item sets. You can only group items in a fixed section.

An item group may also refer to SecureMarker functionality, where item groups allows examiners to view or mark related items at the same time. Items can be grouped together in the Item Groups screen to ensure consistency in marking and to provide context to an examiner.
