You can provide candidates with hints if they answer a Numerical Entry question incorrectly. You can also give different marks to candidate if they only answer the question correctly after viewing a hint. 

Hints functionality is only available for Numerical Entry questions and in tests delivered in forward-only sections in standard browser delivery.
