Users and candidates in Surpass have expiry dates that are set when their accounts are created. An expired user cannot log in to Surpass and an expired candidate cannot be scheduled for any tests. You can extend an expired user or candidate’s expiry date to re-enable. The default expiry date is ten years from the creation date.
