What is the Surpass Publisher?
The Surpass Publisher lets you export items from the Surpass Platform so they can be imported into external test drivers, allowing you to use the Surpass Platform as your comprehensive item banking solution while delivering tests with other providers.
Items from item lists in Surpass can be exported in the form of a spreadsheet or QTI file, including external test driver-specific assessment configurations. Publish QTI packages
The Surpass Publisher can export Surpass items in Pearson VUE-compatible QTI packages. These packages contain your items and bespoke assessment configurations in separate XML files and a QTI data (CPF) file.
Publish spreadsheets
The Surpass Publisher can be used to export Surpass items and tags, separately, in spreadsheet (XLSX) format.
Export candidate scripts
Candidates’ finished scripts can be exported from the Surpass Publisher. Candidate’s details, the correct answer and the candidate’s score for each question can be included in the generated ‘Test Result Overview’ document, exported in HTML format.
